Withdraw from your contract

If you bought a membership online, you have 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason. Fill this in and it is done — you do not need our agreement, and you do not need to explain yourself.

It is on your invoice and in your confirmation email, like BS-202609-0007. Leave it blank if you do not have it — we will find your order.

You do not have to give a reason. Sending this form is already a valid declaration.

What happens next

We refund what you paid, less the part of the membership you had already received if it started at your request, at the latest 14 days after we hear from you, by the same means you paid. It costs you nothing.
